About Us
Batangas State University Nasugbu Campus, also known as Batangas State University Apolinario R. Apacible School of Fisheries (ARASOF), was formerly the Batangas School of Fisheries. It is a local technology-based curriculum satellite campus of Batangas State University.
Batangas State University-Nasugbu Campus
The university campus is located at geographical coordinates 14.067° N and 120.626° E in Nasugbu, Philippines. It is bordered by Nasugbu Poblacion to the North and East, Brgy. Bucana to the South, and Nasugbu Bay to the West. Nearby landmarks include the Globe Telecom Building and Kainan sa Dalampasigan Restaurant. The campus is easily accessible by public transport from various terminals in Manila. It can also be reached by car via different routes, including a two-hour drive from Southern Luzon Expressway to Tagaytay City.
The campus covers an area of 4.159 hectares, divided into two compounds. Area I, located near the shores of Nasugbu, houses most of the buildings, including the oldest structure, the admin building. The second half of the site is known as the Physical Education School Sports (PESS) Ground, a 1.6849-hectare open field used for PE classes, sports events, and outdoor activities. It also includes the Batstate U Hostel, used for local events, and the Higher Education Building, where many classes are held for various programs.
